Teageeks is what I started to make the world of loose leaf tea more accessible to everyone.  After travelling around the world and falling in love with tea, I came home to realise that few places were serving loose tea and even fewer were doing it properly!  And the places that are taking the time to prepare, brew and steep tea properly are perhaps not everyone’s cup of tea (excuse the pun!)  With that in mind, I wanted to create a place where people could try loose leaf tea for the first time; a place where people weren’t intimated by those around them who knew more about tea than they did; a place where people can come together, drink some tea, enjoy themselves and maybe even learn something new.  There is a whole world (literally!) of tea out there and so many varieties, there is bound to be one type that you just love!

I truly believe that loose leaf tea is so much tastier and better than standard teabags and it is my mission to show you the world of tea and turn you into a teageek 🙂
